1) Delivery Areas

The website kenshiblades.com currently delivers to the United States.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Deliveries to other countries may be considered in the future, depending on product availability, logistics options and destination.

We currently do not guarantee delivery to countries outside the United States through the standard checkout process.

2) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, when applicable, are displayed directly in the cart and at checkout before payment.

If free shipping is available for your order, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

The total amount displayed at checkout includes the product price and any applicable delivery fees.

No hidden delivery fees are added after your order has been placed.

3) Order Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed, prepared, inspected and dispatched within:

  • Dispatch time: 3–7 business days

Dispatch time refers to the time needed to prepare your order, complete quality checks, pack the product securely and hand it over to the shipping carrier.

Dispatch times may vary slightly depending on:

  • order volume
  • product availability
  • quality control checks
  • peak periods such as holidays, promotions or seasonal demand
  • exceptional circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, logistical disruptions or carrier delays

4) Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–14 business days from the date of your order

Delivery time begins once the parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery timeframes shown on our website or communicated by email are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, delivery location, weather conditions, peak periods, incorrect delivery information, customs checks where applicable, or other logistical issues outside our control.

5) Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

You can track your delivery:

  • directly from the tracking link provided in the dispatch email
  • or from your customer account on the website, if you created one

Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

6) Delivery and Parcel Receipt

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is complete and accurate before placing the order.

Kenshi Blades is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence during delivery, refusal of the parcel, or if the parcel is returned to the sender, reshipping costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel and the product immediately.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product and packaging where relevant.

7) Delivery Delays

Kenshi Blades makes every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.

However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, logistical disruptions, incorrect delivery information, security checks, customs checks where applicable, or other exceptional events.

We will review the tracking information and contact the carrier if necessary.

A delayed parcel is not automatically considered lost. In some cases, the carrier may need time to complete an investigation before a refund or replacement can be considered.

8) Carriers

Deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners, depending on product type, destination and availability.

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent delivery partners.

The carrier is selected automatically according to the most suitable shipping option available for your order and delivery address.

9) Special Handling for Knives

Kenshi Blades sells Japanese Damascus knives and related kitchen accessories.

These products are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

For safety reasons, knives may be shipped with protective packaging, blade protection, secure boxes or additional packing materials depending on the product.

Please handle your parcel and product carefully when opening the package.

10) Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service at:

An investigation may be opened with the carrier.

If the parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, Kenshi Blades will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a refund, depending on the situation

Refunds or replacements for lost parcels may only be processed once the delivery status has been reviewed and, where necessary, confirmed by the carrier.

11) Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes the full name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state, ZIP code, phone number and email address.

Kenshi Blades is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

12) Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from our customer service team, any return shipping fees, carrier charges, handling fees or reshipping costs may be deducted from any refund due.

Refunds for refused deliveries will only be reviewed once the parcel has been safely returned and inspected.

13) Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States through our standard checkout process, any applicable shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout are included in the total amount paid.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country and will be the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
